Extremely poor after sales service.

I manage numerous properties and have never been spoken to in such an insulting manner. Unprofessional and unreliable service from both the technician and the business owner.

Refuse to take responsibility for their misdiagnoses of the fault, for being late to an appointment and to arriving on site without an appointment.

Disgusting attitude, I would never recommend this company/product.
