I had a two and a half hour appointment yesterday - I had organized my whole life around this I walked in for appointment with Sindy and Phumbi to be told I had no appointment only when I really insisted I was giggle giggle the system "had jumped" and they had put me in march! by the time i had waited for them to discover their error 20 mins had gone then they had maybe someone to do my feet and then maybe they were full and they did not now. - whilst mistakes can be made this is the second one like this at broadacres, no one wants to take responsibility and the whole attitude is shocking - I am a customer they should have been trying to do everything to give me another appointment when I could fit it in even if they had to stay late on the sat? I just got a vague maybe someone else can help you - shocking attitude to their mistake - shocking service
