Bad service, bad attitude

Yesterday morning I reported a burst geyser to my rental agent.
Today they phoned me from Imbazo trading to CONFIRM THE ADDRESS and so we did, but I said that there is no one at home. They said that they would eventually phone me after 1 PM to make an appointment. No one phoned me at 1 PM. A woman named Thando from that company phoned me at 4:35 PM to tell me that the plumber is at the gate?! I was very upset that they sent a plumber without an appointment, because I have my geyser broken for 2 days now, but I told them that we can make an appointment for tomorrow.
Then at about 6:30 PM I saw that I had a missed call from Thando and I phone back, and she started shouting at me. She was shouting that they will not do anything until the access is paid - I told her that it is not my responsibility to pay, because I am just a tenant, but she kept shouting at me that It is my responsibility to tell the owner. I reminded her that we have an agent in between, so it is not my job to arrange any payments regarding this property. The only thing I can do is to be at home when we have an appointment, but she kept giving me attitude.
If It depends on me, I will never work with this company!
