Revolting and condesending attitude by Manage

Your manager at the Welkom branch ( #057 357 5884 and #057 050 0000) has the most disgusting and condescending work acumen. He treated a 64 year old SMME owner from Motse-Thabong in Welkom, like trash and refused to listen to reason on a mistake that Nashua made. Nashua's service is beyond revolting! Our store has a contract with Nashua for the printer service currently used at our store. We only print in black and white and we realized that Nashua is billing us for colour, which is in fact incorrect. When requesting a refund for the incorrect billing the account person, Melody had a million excuses and eventually transferred us to the Manager who did not even attempt to listen to reason and instead insisted that he is right. He was rude, condescending and gave us attitude that resembles that of apartheid times. We want our settlement account and refund so that we can cut our loses and never do business with Nashua Welkom. So disgusting. I would not recommend ANYONE use any of the Nashua Welkom services. RUDE manager who is not empathetic and one wonders what academic qualifications he has or how he became a Manager in the first place. I expect Gideon, Franchise owner) to resolve this!!
