I called to cancel a subscription and was told to pay a cancellation fee of R559.00 I have already paid fees for 3months for a service i am unable to use therefore i should be refunded. I was not told about the cancellation fee until now. I also paid an initiation fee. I was promised that i would receive vouchers to the value of R800pm to use monthly. I have been on their website on several occasions and cannot find vouchers to use that are beneficial to me. It unacceptable to pay for a service and not get any value from it.
