I called to make an appointment for my Dog to get grooming, purchased this service through Groupon. Groupon had NOT sent me the Service Code or Coupon via email as they were supposed to do... so I printed the proof of payment as well as my credit card statement...
I have NEVER EVER been spoken to like that by a service provider! The manager, Troy - flat out told I can take my money somewhere else and he doesn't care what I have or don't have... and when I asked for his details he refused to give them to me. Also claimed to be the owner... which I get a sneaky feeling is NOT the truth.
It is a pity that my credit card has been charged for this already... so I have to use them! I warn anyone else NOT TO USE THIS DOG GROOMERS. They dont deserve anyone's money with THIS kind of rude treatment and attitude! I am SOOO disgusted!
