Had a 2 pm appointment for spa treatments at our house as they are mobile spa. At 2:20 pm I started calling to find out where they were, they ignored my calls. They sent a text at 2:28 pm saying they were busy with corporate clients and would not make my appointment that had been CONFIRMED earlier that week. I had received confirmation text on the Wednesday. I replied that they were welcome to come later and that letting me know at this late stage was unprofessional. They replied they worked mostly with corporate clients and they were still busy with a corporate client as the boss had arrived 2 hrs late. They still refused to take my calls.
How does a company just not show up, imply that my business is of secondary importance to them and not even have the common courtesy to let me know in a timely fashion?
Do NOT use them, they will disappoint you. They have spoiled my surprise gift to my boyfriend, I'm so dissapointed.
