Bad service

I made an appointment for massage, came 30 minutes early for a 13h00 appointment, waited untill 13h30 just to ask why Iam stiil waiting. The owner informs me that the previous client came late, could they have not informed me when I arrived that thet were running late. Owner is very upset and tells me she is going to close the spa part of the business... That is not my business, I came for a service. The staff was not helpfull at all!!
