Today I went to this "salon" Nuovo in 6th avenue Walmer and Villiers road, after looking forward to my appointment the entire week and the service I received was downright disgusting! After arriving for my appointment 10 min early, I was made to wait a further 20 minutes into my appointment and when I complained to the employee she had the audacity to blame me for her making me wait. Then she threw her cuticle instrument down and refused to do my nails. Is this what service is coming to? Clearly Nouvo doesn't need my business. Wasting my precious time, I'm a doctor extremely busy when I make an appointment I expect to be treated well, they not only wasted my time, they insulted me as well. Such nerve for people running a business taking my money, I'd much rather spend it elsewhere! I'm sick and tired of this pathetic service [URL Removed]
