Made a booking for a hair appointment, in the first place the staff turnover is so high - that my last 2 stylists both only lasted 2 months, and I had to make a booking with a new stylist again.
I booked with the manager at the salon.
3 days before my appointment, I get a call from the receptionist saying "sorry, Nick isnt't coming in on that day anymore."
This is pathetic and unreliable. You have lost me as a client!!!
