My account was registered but when i went to buy electricity they told me that i"m not registered, but when i called eskom customer care i"ve been told that nothing wrong with my card. now i don't know what to do no one is helping me. my house is dark for the third day. no one is going to compensate me with my food.my ref number 104711841 meter number 01351311525. your customer care is not helping me at all.
