This is the 2nd appointment I had with him where he just disappears and never pitches up. The only conclusion
I can reach as I'm being passed on to other stylists is that he refuse to accept a client who uses a promotional voucher. Whatever his reasons are, I wouldn't know as I've never met him. And as his manager is off today I felt this is the platform to voice my complaint.
The only person who seems to care about a client is the receptionist.
