I arrived at the salon at 15h30 for my appointment at that specific time. The man at the desk said that the hair stylist will be another 20mins as she was still busy with a client from 14h00. I made the appointment specifically because it was for my 5 year old daughter. I did not appreciate having to wait 20mins.
The man went on to say all clients are different, just as you wait to see a Doctor you have to wait at the salon. If you cannot wait I cannot help you. Waiting to see a Dr and waiting to see a hair stylist are way to different to even compare.
I was furious to say the least. I left the salon without having my daughters hair done and will be sure to not visit Terenco hair salon in San Ridge Square.
