I called redz hair salon at bluff centre and booked an appointment for an up-style. I was given a time and quoted R200.00. The following day I went in and was told there was a mistake with the booking but they will see to me in 5 min, which they did. The lady doing my hair complained that I wasn't booked with her to another stylist but she was friendly enough to me. I explained to her what I wanted and she started with my hair. When she was done I told her I didn't like certain things but she made excuses and so I just let it be. When it came to paying I was told R300.00, I asked again how much it was and again was told R300.00. I told them that I was quoted R200.00 on the phone and was told oh its 300 becaus of the clips. Now I have to point out that the clips used were regulat clips which you can buy a whole pack for R10.00. I just paid the money and left. When I got home I had to add more pins to my hair and try and tuck in all the pieces sticking out everywhere. I was so upset and disappointed and have never experienced such from any of the many hair salons I have been to.
