My fiancee sent a parcel via DHL from Germany. It left Germany on 30 September but i haven't yet received it. I called DHL customer service on 011 921 3600 manier times but their phones just rang without being picked up. Two weeks ago I traced the parcel via Track and Trace and was told that it's sitting at customs since 13 October 2013. My fiancee paid DHL to deliver the parcel at my office but was told by track and trace that it will be delivered at some post office in Johannesburg. All this time DHL never even bothered to keep me in the loop on whats going on with this delivery. I'm very disappointed with this no service at DHL. I still don't have my parcel, can somebody at DHL do their job.
