BAD SERVICE AGAIN

My parcel from Germany landed on the 6th Jan and was cleared on the 7th Jan, I phoned customer support on the toll free number and they said that the parcel arrived at Alberton Post Office on the 10th Jan and they gave me another tracking number (IIXXXZA). I went o Alberton Post Offece on the 11th Jan and they say the parcel is not there...???
So where is my parcel then??? I needed it today!!!
This is not the first time that this happened, it's probably the 4th time now???
