Post office randgate west is located in our vegetable shop we are big customers there we use post bank a lot we bank almost 60000 rand a month, almost all our staff have an account with post bank we did help some of them open it but some opened it them selves now some of them has problems with there accounts and now I'm being told its my responsibility to fix it, its not my account its their customers account I'm not going to run around the whole day fixing anything I have my own job to do, that woman has terrible customer service everyone in our shop complains about her she is flipped lazy she does not even have a phone book... How are we sopose to be happy with our government if we get such useless customer service... Nobody tells me its my responsibility to help their customers I'm not being paid to help their customers she is being paid to help her customers its her responsibility...
