We have a postbox at the Post Office in Bryanston. Every time we have used the post office, the employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. The lines are excessively long and nothing is done by management about the poor attitudes and lack of customer service. Most of the time there is only one person manning the desk and they all have a "dont care" attitude towards the customers.
How are the staff trained as clearly there is no training on how to be helpful and friendly.
We have NEVER had a good experience at this post office and will be changing. If this continues, I am positive more customers will be lost!
