How is it possible that a bank that advertises that it is the best in the business be so lazy and not even willing to reply to a customers messages??? I mean if you don't want my service I will kind take my business elsewhere and you and the fictitious Steve can into the sunset together.
I asked nicely over a month ago that a account that i have paid up in full over two years ago be removed from my ITC records and you are to lazy to do anything about it. Never mind the 10 years of being a customer because apparently that doesn't mean to you. So I will move my accounts to a different bank, one that actually gives a about its customers.
