Hi
since i have applied for electricity in 2011 up to date i am still waiting and according to Eskom they have stated that it takes only month's to do the installation (to deliver the services) but up to so far nothing has been done yet, it is almost a year, even the distance from the pole it is not more than hundred meters and people around us are busy installing unapproved installations which we are not sure whether it is safe for other household that are nearer to them. please take this into serious note because we are living with small kids who can easily grab those cables that are not connected to the main poles
