We have sold our property and paid up the correct amount for the rates & taxes when our attorney requested a Rates Clearance Certificate - this was on 10 Dec 2012. Today is the 22nd of January 2013 and still no certificate. We are also not allowed to contact the City to ask for the status of the certificate...
