I purchased goods from this store. When I paid their machine was offline and it declined the transaction and we re did the payment but when i checked my bank account the payment was done twice. i ask the lady about it and she said that they will reserve it. I further followed up, with my bank and they said the money had go through for 2 payments and I should ask them to send it back since its like a cash payment. From the 13th to the 20th of September 2013 i never received this money and I was following up on this issue the whole week and no one could help me. On the 20th I called and they said they never received that money and they will not give me the money.

So basically they told me that my bank is lying where its their machine which had the problem and the money vanished into thin air. they said they are trying to help me by not giving my money back. this is disgusting and it makes them untrustworthy.
