On October 17, 2013 We commissioned Top Design Media to obtain a tax clearance certificate and apply for a VAT number. Proof of payment of R1850-00 was sent to Top Design on 18 October 2013. Despite numerous written and telephonic communication with Ferny Olifant and Eunice, we still have not received our company's tax clearance certificate or Vat number as requested. After contacting SARS on the 3rd of February 2013 we were informed that no application for both vat and the tax clearance certificate appears on their system despite Top Design stating that an application has been made on our behalf.
