I took up the service of Register on Call (Pty) Ltd on a package that they will do the following "Company registration tax registration tax clearance BEE certificate"
On the 6th November 2013 I paid the required fee and after which I kept on sending them e-mails and calling to hear the status of my business registration, only after 6 days of constant enquiring did they eventually confirm that the business has been registered.
On the 15th November I send them the bank letter so that they can proceed to do the "tax registration tax clearance BEE certificate" but to date no feedback has been received even though I send them e-mails and make numerous calls which they simply ignore.
This delays and no feedback have cost me a deal that I was supposed to get but that will be a pour lost dream of mine and I have lost money on the process due to the unprofessional nature of Joe Ghazi and his team.
Highly disappointed how will us small businesses operate if there are such BAD service providers???
