On the 14/12/12 bergens collected our tv and hi-fi amp. Calling them almost everyday to follow up on this items not once received a call from them. Phoned Douglas before the end of desember and was told that they will be closing during the festive and will only get feedback when they open in the new year. Again no feedback and no phone call. After phoning them again almost every second day for feedback. On 17/01/2013 my spouse went to the shop to follow up on the one item that was repairable and he was told by Douglas that repairs was done and just awaiting the item from the Helderkruin branch and they will deliver the next day (Still nothing). On 20/01/2013 i phoned again was told that they still waiting for the item from the other branch. 22/01/2013 i phoned again was told that it will be delivered the same day (Still nothing). Today is 25/01/2013 received no phone call nothing from Douglas at the krugerdorp key west branch, we went to the shop again to follow up on the items as per Douglas the item was repaired and at the back of the shop he is just waiting for his driver guy then the items will be delivered. Guess what im still waiting 18:20.Where is my stuff? Can i please get it?
