I handed in my microwave for repairs on 4 January 2013, after 3 weeks, no repair quote received, no feedback or follow-up calls from the assistant who helped me, again I phoned, I was told that they forgot to send it in for repairs, again no follow-up calls for two weeks further, I phoned again, demanding to talk to a manager, they handed my call to a guy who told me the unit is still not in the store they are waiting for spares, I explained that I did not receive a quote for the repair, my call was handed to a lady straight after, she told me the unit is in the store, they are waiting for a part, a sales lady faked about being the manager, again no follow-up calls, two days later I phoned again, speaking to Malcolm telling me he is the manager, I received one follow-up call from Malcolm who promised me the repair and delivery in one week, SURPRISE, no follow up calls, I phoned again on Wednesday, as the delivery was supposed to be on Monday, Malcolm told me they wait for a part from Durban, 1 follow-up call received, again I had to phone, the next week, Malcolm told me my microwave is repaired and ready for collection, I RECEIVED MY MICROWAVE TODAY, 9/3/2013 STILL NOT REPAIRED!!!
