One week later after promises and still nothing

Last week Thursday I logged a complaint here on this site and CS responded promising they would come back to me and I quote: "An official attending to the matter will contact you with feedback in no time." Well, 7 days later is not "no time". I want my money back, and the post office and Speed Services will reimburse me the loss of R395 I have now incurred, and they will give me refund me the R63 I paid for this service, this service which was never delivered. And if I have to go to a lawyer to get my money back I will. I don't see why I should pay for a service and between Speed Service and the Post Office they do whatever they want to and expect me to be happy with their breach of contract. There is something as the consumer act.
