I was sold a Taylor Guitar under false pretences

I bought a Taylor guitar in in 2009, 2012 It needed repairs, only then I found out that it was not the guitar that I bought. I was told that the guitar had an expression system, the box it came in even had a video in explaining how the system worked, the manuel inside the box explained how the system worked.

You as a customer will never know until you get a problem, you never open the guitar up to look on the inside. It"s like buying a 3ltr Hilux but when you open the engin there is a 1600 engin under the hood. If you pay R12000-00 for a guitar you actualy want what was sold to you.

I was told by the owner of Marshall music that his sales people will never do that to his clients, and I got what I paid for. Why is it then that all the information inside the pakiging states different.
