Its a follow up from the previous report i wrote early this month. the shop did response to my complain and promise to deliver the correct goods. guess what im still waiting even today. i did make follow ups on monday 19 August 2013 and i was informed that they did recieve the stock at the warehouse just waiting for them to do the delivery. Hence, i have requested both the shop where i bought the item and the warehouse to deliver the item before friday the 23/08/13, because of personal reasons. it looks like they are not take my case serious, hence i bought the item cash and also paid for the delivery. bear in mind that i have been calling them since from monday 19 of August until up to date nothing happened and im spending another money for something that i dont owe.
Im sick and tired of this retail shop. what happened to customer service or do they want me to take further steps in exposing them.
