Dear MTN. I was unfortunate and had a 3rd OBF in less than a month. The 3rd device, SONY EXPERIA T was returned 2 days after receiving it but the MTN store refused to replace it (as per conditions in the contract). Instead they sent the device for repairs and the tech service said that it had a manufacturer defect and replaced a HW part. Well the device is not working AGAIN!! I have been having problems with the store and their disregard for terms and conditions in the contract for about a month now. I just want this contract to be cancelled (without penalty fees), MTN store can address manufacturer defects with the manufacturer of the devices that they sell.
