Replacement of guita

Last year took my son's 1/2 size guitar in for repair to the bridge and replacement of some nylon strings. After enquiring when job would be done and guitar ready for collection, I was advised that they couldn't locate guitar. Went through to store last week, and provided copy of repair slip then went to client meeting next door. Hour later, returned, and no fuss or argument, the manager just pulled a brand spanking new 1/2 size guitar off the shelf and gave it to me with apology for delay and frustration I'd experience. To add to experience, they included a new guitar bag as well. This was awesome customer service. I went there expecting to have a big fight and came out smiling. Thank you TOMS Sound & Music.
