On the 20th of December i applied for my business Vat registration with all the documentation and a payment of R1995.00.I was then told that due to the holidays that my registraion will only be submitted early January 2013.On the 9th of January I phoned in to do a follow up and was told that the documents have been submitted to SARS.I then made another call on the 16th of January and spoke to Faith who assured me that she will follow up and get back to me which did not happen. I then made another call to Faith on 21st of January at which time Faith tells me that the documents are still in her office and will only be submitted tommorw being the 22rd. On the 22nd Faith phones me to tell me that my documentation is now too old and I need to get new documents. I then got hold of her Manager/Supervisor Nondomesu who promised to sort out the problem and she promised to mail the list of documents that i was supposed to re-submit.
After 2 calls on 2 seperate days to Nondumeso i still have not yet received the e-mail, letting me know what documents are needed.

In the mean time i am unable to expand my business due to your company's in-ability to provide a service.
