Rapid Business Registrations
Poor Service, Incorrect Information and SLOW!

I selected one of their package deals. It included PTY registration, TAX, VAT, PAYE, TAX clearance and a BEE certificate (over R2000).

The PTY registration took around 5 weeks. At this point they emailed me a list of documents that I had to mail to them, these are the facts:

9th May - Documents delivered to their PO Box
17th May - Documents collected from PO Box
24th May - Email received listing several documents outstanding

First of all, the documents outstanding was not included in the list they sent me! Secondly, how can it take more than 2 weeks for someone to inform me about this!?

I used their service because I believed they knew what they were doing and that it would be done as quickly as possible. I am now unable to trade as I do not have the required documents. Everything but RAPID!
