Lack of service delivery

Dear Peter
My company reference number with Rapid Business is PTY13580.I paid for the following services on July 26th 2013 which till now i have not received in full

* The corrected amendment on our entire CIPC documents
* I submitted in a Resolution letter to the Manager at Rosebank office on August 21st 2013 when our original CIPC documents came back with a lot of errors for starters: wrong first name and wrong ID number amongst other errors noted and submitted to Rapid Business.
* We submitted documents to have a shareholder listed on our company after paying in for the 'Combo 1' registration which entails the following: 1. Income tax 2. PAYE 3.Tax Clearance 4.Bee 5 Import/Export bill

Peter, at the time of writing, our shareholder has not been added, our CIPC documents have not been ammended even waiting after 6 weeks from August 21st and this is October 2013.So what are we supposed to do yet we PAID for this service? ARE WE TO WAIT FOR 10 YEARS? I am aggravated, i am upset, my patience has been stretched too far and i want an IMMEDIATE action DONE. This morning i was told to wait an additional 5 working days just for name change can you believe this- ONLY 6 WEEKS LATER
