I registered for share certificates for my company which costed R285.00 including postage. When I emailed rapid reg to ask where my documents were they said they are going to post it. I didn't want my documents to be posted so I emailed them back saying that they must not post them and then Faith Maahle called me asking if I wanted them posted so i changed my mind and said yes. Soon after the phone call I remembered that the post office is on strike so I asked to rather get the amount reimbursed into my account and I got an email back stating that the documents will be posted even though I asked for a refund. Faith the assistant manager and the manager Nondumiso haven't been responding to my emails about the refund since the 15 of March. I would like rapid reg to reimburse the R75.00 into my account.
