On the 31 of Jan I submitted 4 business names with you people. And on the 8th of Feb CIPC approved one of them. I was then advised that all the required documents and payment had been received. But ever since my money was in your possession this entire exercise became nothing less than a nightmare. I've made over a dozen phone calls to your offices and every single time I was told faith would call me back. But surprise surprise, it seems as though faith hasn't the slightest clue of how to work a phone. And what shocked me the most is that Faith happens to be the assistant manager. I wonder who's bright spark idea that was.
And today marks the day that I have actually had it with Faith and your company. For the mere reason that I've been waiting exactly 1 month and 18 days for Faith to pick up the phone and tell me what's happening with my registration. But my guess states that she couldn't be bothered and doesn't even care.
And in all honesty there's nothing rapid about this operation that you run.
