My husband and I went for a hot stone massage treatment at Hands on retreat. On the website it seemed stunning and it was conveniently close to us. We've never been there before and thought we would give it a try. Our session was booked for 15h30 for an hour (60min). As we got there it did not look as nice as on the website and there was also no lockers or change rooms! (we are used to better because of the places we've been before). At 15h45 we were led to a wendy hut with the massage beds in and we were told that we can get undressed in there! The one massage therapist, Kgomotso, was cleaning her teeth the whole time in such a way that you could hear it! Very annoying! the background relaxation music was very soft and you could hear the voices from outside, bearing in mind that a spa treatment is supposed to be relaxing. then the kids next door were having a party and made such an unbearable noise! Our massages were rushed and they also did not touch our neck areas! Very disgusted to say the least! We paid for 60min but only received a treatment of 45mins!
