Therapist chewing gum & on phone during treatment

I took my mother to the spa for her birthday. Not only was the steam room in need of a very good scrub the place was a mess with dirty towels lying everywhere.

During my treatment the therapist was chewing gum. Very hard to to relax and unwind with that in your ear.
To make matters worse during my facial she was on her phone, all I heard for the 40 minutes was the clicking of her buttons while she was txting someone.
My treatment was cut short by 20 minutes too.

An overall total disaster I left feeling cheated of my money.
I will never go back there, I left appalled.
I have been to cheaper spas are more enjoyable and a lot cleaner.
