Vehicle Repair Complaint

On the 7th of January 2013 Durban South Body Express (DSBE) recieved authorization from the insurance company. After speaking to Godfrey that very same day i was assured that my vehicle would be ready for collection on 11th of Jan 2013. I called Godfrey on Thursday the 10th Jan only to find out that my vehicle is not ready due to the non availaility of parts after which he promises me it will be ready on Tuesday the 15th Jan. I then called Godfrey on Tuesday and the car was still not fixed. I then spoke to the manager, Hank, who assured me that he will have the car fixed by latest Month 21st Jan. Not surprised, the car was still not ready. Godfrey again promised by Tuesday 22nd and guess what still not ready. Godfrey then promised Wednesday 23rd still not ready. He claims that the parts are difficult to get for a golf1 2006 model. I phoned around for the part myself from VW and they are readily available. Can this company please explain why is this happening? Durban South Body Express is rediculous. Today is the 23rd of January and i still dont know when my vehicle will be ready.
