Pathetic Customer Service and Service Centre

We gave our vehicle in for a service and complete check up. We did not receive a call from them for more than 8-10 days. We had to call to find out if it was ready. The vehicle came back with a few noises that were not there prior to the service. We returned the vehicle to Eatvaal. We once again recieved no call for about 10 days. When we called we were told that they could not find any faults and the car was ready for collection. When asked why they did not call us at least 8 days ago if nothing was wrong they had no answer. When i went to fetch the vehicle, i took the manager for a ride and showed him all the faults which he agreed to. It was a Thursday. He apologised and promised us a courtesy car by Monday if it was not sorted out. Last Monday i go to fetch the courtesy car however he notices the temporary license expires on Tuesday. He promises to drop off the new license on Tuesday at our site. Never heard from them until we called in again on this week Tuesday. Says our car would be ready by yesterday. When i go to pick it up its still not right. The 1st time we paid /-R7000 and yesterday R5156. They never called us prior to the repairs to confirm if it was okay to go ahead
