Car was due to be collected on 18 January 2013, was not ready as the air part was sent incorrectly by Toyota Parts and Services, Hank promised the part will be there next day, the part never arrived after I called me at 3pm to enquire about same.

After numerous calls the car was "ready for collection on 25/01/2013. On driving my car I discovered a loud noise which I alerted Hank to, as well as a cracked wheel cover and a missing engine splash tray. Later on when I wanted to change a flat tyre, I discovered that my spare tyre was replaced with the accident tyre, shocked and disappointed I immediately sent an email to Hank, as he never answers his cell nor return calls. He advised me that it was human error, by his staff. I overlooked same. I also at that stage was setting up my route on GPRS, and was alerted that a SD card needed to be replaced, which I informed Hank. He reassured me that he will enquire with his staff and they have a storage room where items are stored and his staff are looking for same.

Car was taken back on 31/01/2013 for tyre, engine splash tray and SD card to be replaced. Left for a day but nothing was done! 1/02/2013 sent email - no response, 6
