Fury settlement nightmare

I bought and traded in a vehicle from Fury Northcliff, taking delivery of, and handing over my old vehicle to them on 14 June 2013. Towards the end of the month I received a statement from the bank that financed the deal, to my shock, I had both vehicles on my account. I contacted Godfrey letting him know that the vehicle hadnt been settled on Friday the 28th, he assured me that he would make the payment on the same day. I then contacted the bank who told me that Godfrey had requested a new settlement letter, I contacted Godfrey telling him that the settlement letter he is requesting would not reflect the full amount due to the fact that the instalment for that month was already payable because of the delay. I checked Monday, no payment, on Tuesday afternoon there was still no settlement. I contacted Godfrey who basically told me he is not responsible for settlement since he is a sales person saying he cant take responsibility for something that is not his job. At this point my instalment on a vehicle that I had traded in weeks before was due & had to pay it to avoid that going in my credit record. Waiting to see if I will be refunded, so I can end my turmoil with Fury Northcliff
