Its sad that an insurance company liek MI-Way would deal with a company like this
My brother took his car in to be done for panel beating due to an accident - on the back passenger side door, 2 weeks later on this week Saturday they called to say the car is ready but he has to tow it out cause the clutch is gone
How the did that happen -Godrey cant answer and we were only told about this 2 weeks after the car was taken in and when it was ready for collection
Due to my brother needing the car for work he did this - but i am in total owe that the company would even do this
The car was towed in cause that was the policy but y did the clutch suddenly become not working at all
The sad part Godrey just told me i must take this story to the insurance compay cause he cant help me and cant explain
Let the assessor sort that out
I mean really how does this company operate with management like this
