On May 15th 2013 whilst dropping my car of at Auto Magic Stanger Street, Durban, another customer was very irate with regards to repairs on her vehicle, I am pretty sure she had also been getting the run around as I am. From May 15th the only feedback I have been getting from Naheema at Auto Magic is that they are waiting for parts, I have been told that on Monday 20/05/2013 and Wednesday 22/05/2013, when I ask what parts are you waiting for I am told by Naheema she does not know, she advised she will check and phone me back but that has not happen! I get an sms telling me completion date is 25/05/2013 and another this morning that really ticked me off, which read that someone tried to contact me, when nobody did try to call me and now my vehicle completion date is 30/05/2013. I ordered a new key for my car which takes 14 days and is ready and I am still waiting on a minor repair which is not done to have my key coded. So WHEN WILL my vehicle be ready for me to pick up?
