I had a motor vehicle accident on 12 February 2013. My vehicle was handed in at the assessment centre on 14 February 2013. It was only collected by Gala Autobody (Midrand) on 27th February 2013. In all this drama, only one person has been consistently helpful - thank you Eveleyn at FFW. My "repair consultant" Nkululeko never had the decency to return my calls, hence my interaction with Evelyn. Eventually after much run around (and i don't have enough characters left to go into detail but believe me it was ridiculous) I was advised that my vehicle would have been ready for collection on Thursday, 11th April. I never heard from Galag or FFW, I called FFW on Friday and was advised that Galaga had been burgled or something (wasn't really interested in the story) and my car was almost ready. I then heard from Nkululeko on 15th April when he advised that there was one part outstanding and vehicle would be ready for collection by the latest TODAY, 17th April 2013. Well, I can't get hold of Nkululeko so I called Galaga and the receptionist advises that they are still waiting for a radiator and some other part. What is going on with my vehicle??? This is now beyond pathetic!!!
