Its been more than a month since my last complaint regarding my repairs not received back yet. Its now been just about 7 months since I handed the defective items to my sales rep.
I have spoken to both Nomvula and Mosa, both have told me they would find out what is happening and call me back... I only received one call from each of the ladies, saying that they are working on it and the record at the factory say that there is nothing outstanding, and said that they would investigate... but after that - not a word!
7 months to wait for a repair is unacceptable! for a brand with quality standards on their products, the after sales/repairs on defective products is definitely not top quality at all!
I'm very disappointed Tupperware - the longer it takes to get my repairs, the more disappointed I am getting, based on the time frame its taken so far, I think you may just lose a customer.
