Bad service - more like no service

I walked into Tupperware in Overport, Cherry road. This was about 3 weeks ago.

I had defective products to go in for replacement. I called the offices the previous week and was told to come in anytime bet 9:00 and 4:00pm.

When I walked in to the office, there was chaos. There is no clear signs telling you where to go to hand in your defective products. Finally aft standing in the queue for 15 mins, another customer told me I was not in the correct place and asked me to go to the back.

I joined another queue, was 2nd in line, and waited patiently. Finally when i thought it was my turn, the lady took another customer and not me.

I was extremely annoyed and asked why I was not being served. I was told finally that agents were seen to first! This was utterly ridiculous! I have been a customer for over 20 years, and was shocked at the treatment at this office! I really thought Tupperware had better values and put the customer first. Obviously NOT!
I asked for the manager, who refused to even give me his name. I found out it was Colin Soobramoney. I still have my defective products - i refuse to go back to Cherry road, it is a waste of my time and energy.
