I am extremely disappointed that after a mere 18 months my R400 Krambrook kettle is no longer working, My previous kettle lasted over 7 years! I have emailed my complaint and was sent a "sorry the item is out of warrantee period" email. I think it is unacceptable to sell "quality" products at a premium, and then accept no responsibility when the opposite becomes true. I would've even accepted the option to have the item repaired. However, much to my surprise it seems Clicks is happy to sell this range of products for which there is no service or repair facilities in this country?! It has special screws which in turn means it cannot be fixed by any other repairs person. I feel like this is dishonest and misleading and advise others not to purchase any electrical items from there.
