I gave a few items to my Representative (code 429000) in the Carletonville area on 14 Jan 2013, and she reports to Dynamic Sales. Some of the repairs have been returned, but not all of them!
Let me first say, that my rep has been brilliant, but she cannot get answers from Dynamic Sales regarding the repairs! My rep has gone as far as to offer me other items, at no cost, while I am waiting!
Serial number for the items for repair is 391581.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into this, as your brand - Tupperware - is one of high standards, but it seems that the after sales and customer service is not quite at that level.
