Accused me of non-payment incorrect account numbe

I submitted my marriage certificate with a letter to the SABC advising them to cancel the one account and activate the other. I have now received 4 sms's to advise me of a final demand on which I have every time replied and sent them the correspondence and proof of payment. Until today I have received no confirmation of payment whatsoever and I think that I have been placed on ITC because of non action and lack of commitment by staff. I am a law obiding citizen and have the necessary proof that I have in fact always paid my TV licence. Do they not understand my request. Why is there suddenly a 3rd account number involved.
Please could you do something about the fact that I have now sent them a couple of proof of payments and correspondence but I still get the sms with "final demand"
